Product that is supplied ready to use and can also be applied as a primer in a single coat using a roller or brush. In this case, you must wait a minimum of 30 minutes and never more than 24 hours to apply the first coat of microcement on the substrate.
Among the multiple qualities of this microcement resin, it is important to highlight the reduction of cracks due to shrinkage. It also provides greater cohesion and plasticity of the mortar or concrete when they are fresh.
Technical characteristics of two-component microcement resin Acricem
Provides greater impermeability to the mortar
Disminuye la aparición de fisuras por retracción
Excelente penetración y estabilización del sustrato
Mayor adherencia sobre morteros y hormigones ya endurecidos
Performance
The yield of the Acricem microcement resin is 0.10L/m2, although it may vary depending on the porosity of the treated substrate.
Presentation
The Acricem water-based acrylic resin is available in containers of 5 and 25 liters.
Uses of the Acricem two-component microcement resin
- As a primer to strengthen cementitious substrates before applying microcement.
- Additive for mixing water of mortars.
- Component B of two-component microcement systems, except in pools.
Instructions for use of the Acricem two-component microcement resin
Important: pre-mix the Acricem microcement resin in the mixing water, homogenizing the mixture very well before preparing the mortar.
1. Pour a little of the Acricem microcement resin into a container and add the corresponding amount of pigment.
2. Mix the resin and pigment until achieving a homogeneous color.
3. Gradually add the two-component microcement powder.
4. Mix with a low-speed mechanical mixer for 4 minutes until there are no lumps.
